Serenity Yoga 1:1 Yoga Reset (4 Weeks)

Your Personalised 1:1 Four-Week Yoga Journey

 

Whether you're looking to enhance flexibility, would like to strengthen the body or are perhaps feeling stressed, disconnected or unable to switch off, whatever your concern, this 1:1 personalised yoga experience is designed to support you with your goal. 


Over four weeks, we’ll work together to create a practice that feels supportive, sustainable, and tailored entirely to you. 


 What You’ll Experience

  • A 1:1 consultation to explore your goals, lifestyle, and any areas of tension or concern
  • Four personalised 1:1 yoga sessions, tailored to your body and how you’re feeling each week
  • Two custom, personalised home practice videos for you to keep, to help you stay consistent between sessions
  • Gentle lifestyle guidance where appropriate to support your overall wellbeing
  • Ongoing message support, so you’re never left figuring things out on your own.
