Combine the soul-soothing stillness of a deeply restorative yoga session with the powerful healing energy of reiki during this cosy and nourishing Mini Winter Retreat! Join me for a special 2 hour mini retreat consisting of a relaxing and nourishing restorative yoga session infused with reiki energy.  Receive an optional mini reiki healing and mini head massage during savasana. After the session, enjoy a warming drink and selection of homemade deli chocolates and delicious treats. The perfect way to spend a winter afternoon!
