Luxury Summer Day Retreat

 Join me this Summer for a soothing and restorative day retreat where we will relax and unwind in the most beautiful of countryside settings. The retreat will take place within a luxury heated yurt within the stunning Wootton Park. Wootton Park is a beautiful setting, located in its own 360 acre valley of rolling Warwickshire countryside, farm land, woodland and landscaped grounds.  The perfect location to restore, reflect and recharge. 

This luxurious and nurturing day will consist of a nourishing, gentle yoga flow, a mindfulness woodland walk, a peaceful and snuggly restorative yoga session, healing sound bath and a firepit closing ceremony.  I'm delighted that we will be joined by Ian Kershaw from The Tranquil Mind, to deliver the sound bath. You're in for a treat!

A delicious lunch, homemade cakes and treats as well as unlimited refreshments are included in this special day.

The retreat takes place on 7th June 2025, 10am until 4.30pm.
