Luxury Autumn Day Retreat 2024

 Join me this autumn for a soothing and restorative day retreat where we will relax and unwind in the most beautiful of countryside settings. The retreat will take place within a luxury heated yurt within the stunning Wootton Park. Wootton Park is a beautiful setting, located in its own 360 acre valley of rolling Warwickshire countryside, farm land, woodland and landscaped grounds.  The perfect location to restore, reflect and recharge. 

This luxurious and nurturing day will consist of a stretchy and nourishing yoga flow, a make-your-own essential oil roll-on workshop,  a peaceful and snuggly restorative yoga session, meditation, a nourishing soundbath by sound therapist Ian Kershaw (trust me, you're in for a treat!) and the opportunity to feed and spend time with the animals!

A delicious lunch, scrumptious cakes as well as unlimited refreshments are included in this special day.
